Resumen
El Proyecto Social como objetivo Optimizar la Capacidad Emprendedora del Colegio “Monseñor Leonidas Proaño”, mediante la Creación de un Huerto Escolar. En la realización del proyecto se buscará alcanzar los siguientes objetivos:
- Introducción, capacitacitación y ampliación de conocimientos a los docentes, alumnos y padres de familia sobre técnicas innovadoras (emprendedoras).
- Lograr la participación activa de docentes, padres de familia y alumnos en proyectos de indole social.
- Contribuir a la creación y fortalecimiento de manera sostenible mecanismos que faciliten ingresos económicos extra al centro educativo y la comunidad involucrada.
- Obtener el conocimiento de las diferentes especies vegetales, así como también su utilidad y beneficios.
- Optimización de espacios físicos
La metodología usada en el proyecto es la del “Marco Lógico”, la cual sirve para la formulación, evaluación y financiamiento de proyectos sociales, así como también nos permite: distinguir entre los resultados que están bajo y fuera de control del equipo del proyecto, definir indicadores para medir los efectos e impactos del proyecto sobre los grupos de interés beneficiarios.
El análisis económico, indica que se requerirá una inversión de $36490,52; la cual será financiada con un 25% ($9120.08) por autogestión brindada por Comité de Padres de Familia del Colegio y el 75% ($27370,44) restante por la Fundación Crecer para el Desarrollo, el cual será desembolsado en forma trimestral. La Tasa Interna de Retorno es del 29% el Valor Actual Neto equivale a $11945,24 y el tiempo de recuperación de la inversión es igual a 2 años, menor 5 años de vida útil del proyecto, dando como resultado que el proyecto es factible para su ejecución.
Como recomendaciones de este proyecto podemos enumerar:
- Capacitación constante de la comunidad (Docentes, Padres de Familia y alumnos), realizando seminarios bajo conducción de especialistas y facilitadores.
- Aplicar nuevas estrategias en el interaprendizaje.
- Mejorar infraestructura del plantel (adecuamiento de aulas, laboratorios, biblioteca, etc...)
- Saber utilizar el espacio fisico disponible.
- Valorar la importancia del proyecto como medio para la busqueda de soluciones e influir positivamente en la comunidad para encamninarla y alcanzar un fin de bienestar para todos.

In the project will seek to achieve the following objectives: - Introduction, capacitacitación and expansion of knowledge to teachers, students and parents on innovative techniques (entrepreneurs). - Ensure active participation of teachers, parents and students in social projects. - Contribute to the creation and strengthening of mechanisms to facilitate sustainable additional income to the school and the community involved. - Get the knowledge of different plant species, as well as its usefulness and benefits. - Optimization of physical spaces The methodology used in the project is the "logical framework", which serves for the formulation, evaluation and financing of social projects, as well as allowing us to distinguish between results that are under control and out of the project team, define indicators to measure the effects and impacts of the project on the target groups interest. The economic analysis indicates that an investment of $ 36,490.52 will be required; which will be financed with 25% ($ 9,120.08) for self provided by the Parents Committee of the College and 75% ($ 27,370.44) for the remaining Grow Development Foundation, which will be paid quarterly. The internal rate of return is 29% the Net Present Value is equal to $ 11,945.24 and the recovery time of the investment is equal to 2 years, 5 years less life of the project, with the result that the project is feasible for execution. As recommendations of this project we can list: - Constant Training community (Teachers, Parents and students), conducting seminars on driving and facilitators. - Implement new strategies in a mutual learning. - Improve infrastructure of the school (adecuamiento of classrooms, laboratories, library, etc ...) - Know how to use the physical space available. - Assess the importance of the project as a means to search for solutions and positively influence the community to an end encamninarla and welfare for all.
