Resumen
La familia es la célula de toda sociedad, la que transmite valores y principios siendo el Estado el encargado de brindar especial cuidado y protección a la misma pero actualmente la familia ha sufrido grandes transformaciones dando como resultado las rupturas familiares por lo que el presente proyecto de investigación hará referencia al régimen de visitas determinado mediante sentencia y los Derechos de los niños, niñas y adolescentes. El derecho de visitas es la posibilidad del padre que no convive con el menor, para poder mantener comunicación e influir en su crianza, así también las visitas son un mecanismo para controlar la adecuada tenencia del menor a cargo del otro padre.
Es por estas razones que la investigación se justifica, al tratar un tema tan importante para el derecho de familia y menores.

The right of visits is the possibility of the father who does not live with the minor, to be able to maintain communication and influence their upbringing, as well as the visits are a mechanism to control the adequate custody of the minor by the other parent. It is for these reasons that the investigation is justified, when dealing with such an important issue for family and juvenile law.
