giberalinas y citoquininas.
This research work was carried out in phytopathology and bioproducts area of the Center for Biotechnological Research at Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral (CIBE-ESPOL) and aimed to evaluate the growth promoter capacity of Bacillus subtilis sp., and Trichoderma sp., in passion fruit seedlings (Passiflora edulis f. flavicarpa) for determining its potential as plant growth biostimulants, implementing a completely random design to determine the solubilization rate of Bacillus subtilis. sp. where three replicates were established for each strain evaluated, for the germination test where three different concentrations were applied for each strain and for the greenhouse test where ten treatments and ten replicates were inoculated for each treatment. By analyzing variance, it was possible to determine that the bacterium that exhibited greater solubilizing phosphorus efficiency was the bacterium Bacillus subtilis sp. MC-1(3), in the germination test the mid-3 bacterium exceeded the witness by 20%. As for the different variables evaluated in the greenhouse test the bacterium Bacillus subtilis sp. MC-1(3) presented the best development rates for variables, height, stem diameter, number of leaves and chlorophyll concentration. In turn for LR variables, number of primary and secondary roots, dry and wet weight was Trichoderma sp. 3 who presented the best results.
