Resumen
En la institución hospitalaria en donde se culminó con el año de prácticas pre-profesionales, el interno de enfermería cumplió un rol fundamental dentro de las diferentes áreas por las cuales roto, adquiriendo un cumulo de experiencias tanto positivas como negativas, en cuanto al desempeño laboral y de formación, por lo tanto el objetivo de esta investigación fue la de interpretar la percepción de los internos de enfermería sobre el ambiente de aprendizaje en el ciclo clínico quirúrgico en el hospital Teófilo Dávila. El método de estudio, se basó en un enfoque cualitativo, de tipo fenomenológico, aplicado a 7 internos de la carrera de enfermería que rotaron por las áreas de clínica, cirugía general y centro quirúrgico del Hospital ya mencionado, usando como instrumento de recolección de datos la entrevista semiestructurada. Se concluye con la exposición de que el ambiente pedagógico en dicho ciclo es regular en cuanto a la poca predisposición del personal para compartir conocimientos con los internos, y la poca apertura a ciertas actividades propias del enfermero, en ciertas áreas, así mismo se recalca que en otras, los internos de enfermería tuvieron la oportunidad de realizar por si solos, actividades propias de la profesión, además consideran provechoso este año de prácticas pre-profesionales porque adquirieron habilidades y destrezas que le ayudaron a formarse y desenvolverse mejor en sus roles como licenciados en enfermería.
In the hospital institution where the year of pre-professional practices was completed, the nursing intern played a fundamental role within the different areas for which it was broken, acquiring a cluster of both positive and negative experiences, in terms of work performance and training, therefore the objective of this research was to know the perception of nursing interns about the learning environment in the clinical surgical cycle at Teófilo Dávila hospital. The study method was based on a qualitative approach, phenomenological type, applied to 7 interns of the nursing career who rotated through the areas of clinical, general surgery and surgical center of the Hospital already mentioned, using as a data collection instrument the semi-structured interview. It concludes with the presentation that the pedagogical environment in this cycle is regular in terms of the lack of willingness of the staff to share knowledge with the inmates, and the lack of openness to certain activities of the nurse, in certain areas, it is also emphasized that in others, nursing interns had the opportunity to carry out activities of the profession by themselves, and they also consider this year of pre-professional practices to be beneficial because they acquired skills and abilities that helped them to train and develop better in their roles as graduates in nursing
