Resumen
Durante un incendio las personas de manera natural ayudan sin tener muchas veces la
preparación y los conocimientos necesarios para tal situación, los bomberos se encuentran
preparados para actuar y mitigar estas situaciones que afectan tanto a personas como
instalaciones. Los Bomberos arriesgan constantemente su vida en cada situación de
emergencia, además se encuentran expuestos a los peligros y riesgos laborales inmersos en
cada actividad que ellos realizan. La presente tesis propone medidas preventivas y correctivas
para eliminar y/o disminuir la probabilidad de accidentes y enfermedades. La
implementación de un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, permitiría que
la institución gestione de una manera ágil y eficaz todos los riesgos laborales existentes,

This thesis proposes preventive and corrective measures to eliminate and or reduce the probability of accidents and diseases. The implementation of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System would allow the institution to manage all existing occupational risks in an agile and efficient manner, in addition to complying with the legal requirements applicable to its operations in the field of Safety and Health at work.
