Resumen
El proyecto tiene como objetivo diseñar un modelo de desarrollo humano para canalizar los recursos hacia la acción de incrementar las facultades del estudiante no sólo hacia el propósito, la fuerza y el progreso de la Facultad de Ingeniería Industrial, sino también hacia la satisfacción y el bienestar individual de expandir sus aptitudes. El modelo incluye los programa de formación integral para el desarrollo humano, el de apoyo para el desarrollo de la competitividad de los sectores productivos y el de innovación industrial y empresarial. Los tres programas plantean soluciones de acuerdo a las necesidades, crecimiento y cambios en la medida en que las empresas, industrias, etc. Crezcan y cambie su entorno, misión, metas y objetivos través de grupos de interacción altamente efectivos en el uso de los recursos disponibles para la explotación y comercialización de sus conocimientos mediante la estimulación de estrategias cognoscitivas del individuo con la finalidad de configurar su mecanismo de aprendizaje, actitudes, estructura organizativa, cultura, y capacidad de trabajo en equipo. La metodología se caracteriza por el método científico a través del marco lógico ya que facilita la visión rápida e inmediata de la estructura del proyecto y se obtiene una visión inmediata del estado del proyecto; se verifica el estado de eficiencia de la ejecución y se elabora los diversos niveles de coordinación y control estratégico, directivo y funcional. El proyecto tiene una duración de 4 años con una inversión de $ 40968,75 con un aporte local de 20% que representa $ 8193,75 y el 80% aporta organismos internacionales cuyo valor es de $ 32775,0. El proyecto mejora la calidad y capacidad de respuesta de los estudiantes hacia a los sectores productivos para facilitar el ciclo de aprendizaje, las actividades educativas y los proyectos grupales.
The project aims to design a model of human development to channel resources into action to increase the powers of the student not only to the purpose, strength and progress of the School of Industrial Engineering, but also to the satisfaction and wellbeing individually to expand their skills. The model includes comprehensive training program for human development, support for the development of the competitiveness of the productive sectors and the industrial and business innovation. The three programs pose solutions according to the needs, growth and changes in the extent to which companies, industries, etc. Grow and change their environment, mission, goals and objectives through group interaction in the highly effective use of resources available for exploitation and commercialization of their knowledge by stimulating individual cognitive strategies in order to configure your learning mechanism attitudes, organizational structure, culture, and ability to work in teams.
