Resumen
El objetivo de esta tesis mediante la técnica de la Teoría de las
Restricciones (T.O.C.) se pudo identificar los problemas presentes en el
proceso de Molienda de Crudo, puntos importantes que generan pérdidas
causadas por: 1) Falla de alimentación al Molino Vertical de Crudo, 2)
Mala planificación y control del mantenimiento, 3) Diseño inadecuado de
alimentación al molino de bolas en el cual se han podido cuantificar que
la empresa ha dejado de recibir aproximadamente $ 501.869,15 dólares
desde el mes de Enero hasta Julio contabilizado en 215 horas por
paradas de producción. Para mejorar la disponibilidad y aumentar el
rendimiento de la línea de producción tenemos las propuestas planteadas
que son: Cambiar el riel inferior del recuperador M.V.T., Automatizar y
crear lazos de control en recuperador M.V.T. & M.I.A.G., Demoler viga en
Tolvas de alimentación al molino vertical de crudo, Instalar ventilador de
extracción de aire caliente, Modificar alimentación al Molino de Bolas y
realizar reuniones previas y posterior al mantenimiento para acordar
actividades que se evaluaran después. La mejora planteada
Beneficio/Costo es de 65.45 dólares por cada dólar invertido. Los costos
de inversión que son $ 121.482,92 lo que representa una mínima
cantidad comparado con el $ 1.891.803,36 anual que es con lo que se
beneficiaria la empresa al aplicar las mejoras indicadas.
The objective of this thesis by means of the Theory of Constraints (TOC) technique, it was possible to identify the problems present in the Crude Milling process, important points that generate losses caused by: 1) Power failure to the Vertical Crude Mill, 2) Poor planning and maintenance control, 3) Inadequate design of feeding to the ball mill in which it has been possible to quantify that the company has stopped receiving approximately $ 501,869.15 dollars from January to July counted in 215 hours due to production stops. To improve the availability and increase the performance of the production line, we have the proposed proposals that are: Change the lower rail of the M.V.T. recuperator, Automate and create control loops in the M.V.T. recuperator. & M.I.A.G., Demolish beam in feed hoppers to the vertical crude mill, Install hot air extraction fan, Modify feed to the Ball Mill and hold meetings before and after maintenance to agree on activities that will be evaluated later. The proposed Benefit / Cost improvement is $ 65.45 for every dollar invested. The investment costs, which are $ 121,482.92, which represents a minimum amount compared to the $ 1,891,803.36 per year, which is what the company would benefit from applying the indicated improvements.
