Resumen
La presente investigación se encuentra enfocada en el diseño un modelo Chatbot, que es un
software que utiliza mensajes estructurados para emitir respuestas desde una máquina hacia un
interlocutor humano, son creados, especializados para mantener conversaciones y ofrecer
respuestas preconcebidas. En base a la indagación sobre las diferentes herramientas existentes
para la creación de este tipo de aplicaciones se busca establecer una, con la ayuda de plataformas
y las herramientas en la nube con un entorno para estudiantes basadas en inteligencia artificial,
que servirá como asistente virtual para cubrir las necesidades y dificultades que presenta el
personal docente al momento de interactuar con plataforma Moodle, que es utilizada
actualmente para impartir cátedra de forma remota. En la elaboración del proyecto de titulación
se ha aplicado metodología cuantitativa, donde se recopila información necesaria para la
segmentación de esta y definir las especificaciones requeridas por los involucrados.
The current research is focused on the design of a Chatbot model, which is a software that uses structured messages to emit responses from a machine to a human interlocutor, they have been created, specialized to hold conversations and offer pre-conceived answers. Based on the inquiry about the different tools existing for the creation of this type of applications, it has been sought to establish, with the help of platforms and cloud tools with an environment for students based on artificial intelligence, that will serve as a virtual assistant to cover the needs and difficulties that the teaching staff presents when they are interacting with the Moodle platform, which is currently used to teach remotely. Quantitative methodology has been applied in the preparation of the degree Project, where necessary information is collected for the segmentation of this and define the specifications required by those involved.
