Resumen
En la investigación propuesta se analizó la industria del cacao considerada la "pepa de oro" por ser
un producto muy versátil y del cual se obtienen diferentes derivados tales como pasta de cacao,
manteca de cacao, cacao en polvo, entre otros. Se crea un nuevo producto "la miel de cacao" una
interesante forma de elaboración industrial con un valor agregado que apoya al incremento del
volumen en las Exportaciones Ecuatorianas para luego comercializarlo y exportarlo a la Unión
Europea. Para la toma de decisión y el diseño de planes publicitarios tales como: ferias,
degustaciones, revistas, volantes y carteles para llegar al potencial consumidor, se aplicaron 40
encuestas que determinaron la tendencia y problemas de la exportación de productos derivados del
cacao. Dentro de este contexto se crea la Empresa Cacaomel que será la encargada de elaborar la
miel de cacao para distribuirla y comercializarla en el mercado europeo. Para la ejecución del
proyecto se requiere apenas de un financiamiento lo que determina la factibilidad y viabilidad de
su ejecución. Se destaca el alto nivel de compromiso y apoyo al desarrollo de los micro productores
en busca de un precio justo y de una capacitación que amplié el uso y manejo de técnicas adecuadas
para la producción de materia prima de óptima calidad necesaria para la elaboración de la miel de
cacao.
In the proposed research, the cocoa industry was analyzed as the "gold-nugget" because it is a very versatile product and from which different derivatives such as cocoa paste, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, among others, are obtained. A new product "cocoa honey" is created, an interesting form of industrial processing with an added value that supports the increase in volume in Ecuadorian exports and then commercialize it and export it to the European Union. For the decision making and the design of advertising plans such as: fairs, tastings, magazines, flyers and posters to reach the potential consumer, 40 surveys were applied that determined the trend and problems of the export of cocoa products. In this context, the Cacaomel Company is created to produce cocoa honey for distribution and marketing in the European market. The execution of the project requires only financing, which determines the feasibility and feasibility of its execution. It highlights the high level of commitment and support to the development of micro producers in search of a fair price and training that expanded the use and management of appropriate techniques for the production of raw material of optimal quality necessary for the production of honey cocoa.
