Resumen
Este trabajo de titulación tuvo como objeto el proceso de observación de las habilidades motrices en los niños de 2 a 5 años del CIBV “LA CONSOLATA durante los meses de junio a agosto del 2016, siendo el eje de sistematización:
¿Cuáles son las técnicas e instrumentos de mayor pertinencia para la observación de las habilidades motrices en los niños de 2 a 5 años del CIBV “LA CONSOLATA”? El objetivo fue analizar las técnicas e instrumentos de mayor pertinencia para la observación de las habilidades motrices en los niños de 2 a 5 años del CBV “La Consolata” para comprender más profundamente nuestras experiencias y así poder mejorarlas. Se desarrolló desde un enfoque cualitativo y la metodología de la sistematización de experiencias, empleando como fuentes de información las técnicas de observación directa y participante, guías de observación de habilidades motrices y diario de observación sobre la actividad de 12 niños. Para este proceso se consideraron seis actividades obtenidas de los registros de la experiencia, llegando a identificarse los factores contextuales, las consideraciones éticas, las fortalezas y limitaciones. La recuperación del proceso vivido y la reflexión crítica realizada permitieron indicar que las técnicas e instrumentos de mayor pertinencia para la observación de las habilidades motrices en niños de 2 a 5 años son aquellas que evidencian fiabilidad, validez y objetividad, sustentándose en perspectivas de carácter multifuente y multimétodo
This degree work was aimed at the process of observation of motor skills in children from 2 to 5 years of the CIBV "LA CONSOLATA during the months of June to August 2016, being the systematization axis: What are the techniques and instruments of greater relevance for the observation of motor skills in children from 2 to 5 years of the CIBV "LA CONSOLATA"? The objective was to analyze the most relevant techniques and instruments for the observation of motor skills in children from 2 to 5 years of age at the CBV “La Consolata” to understand our experiences more deeply and thus be able to improve them. It was developed from a qualitative approach and the methodology of the systematization of experiences, using as sources of information the techniques of direct and participant observation, guides for the observation of motor skills and an observation diary on the activity of 12 children. For this process, six activities obtained from the experience records were considered, identifying contextual factors, ethical considerations, strengths, and limitations. The recovery of the lived process and the critical reflection carried out allowed to indicate that the techniques and instruments of greatest relevance for the observation of motor skills in children from 2 to 5 years of age are those that show reliability, validity, and objectivity, based on multi-source perspectives and multi-method
