PENSAMIENTO Y ACTITUDES MACHISTAS EN EL FUNCIONAMIENTO FAMILIAR DE USUARIOS DE LA FUNDACIÓN HUERTO DE LOS OLIVOS

Resumen
Se realizó una sistematización de experiencias basadas en las prácticas Preprofesionales IV, el tema de sistematización fue Pensamiento y actitudes machistas en el funcionamiento familiar de usuarios de la Fundación Huerto de los Olivos, basada en el proyecto de intervención Programa de promoción para el desarrollo de una cultura de paz y equidad de género, este trabajo tuvo como objetivo analizar el pensamiento y las actitudes machistas que inciden en el funcionamiento familiar de usuarios de la Fundación Huerto de los Olivos. El objeto de estudio fue determinar la incidencia de estos pensamientos y actitudes machistas en la dinámica familiar. La pregunta eje planteada fue: ¿Cómo incide el pensamiento y las actitudes machistas en el funcionamiento familiar de los usuarios de la Fundación Huerto de los Olivos? La metodología aplicada fue el estudio cualitativo, realizado en base a las interpretaciones de las experiencias pasadas, ordenadas entre sí de manera lógica dando paso a una paráfrasis crítica del proceso. Se aplicaron los siguientes instrumentos: Evaluación de actitud ante el machismo, escala de micromachismo, APGAR familiar y cuestionario de funcionamiento familiar FF-SIL. Como resultado se obtuvo que en las familias de los usuarios se evidencian actitudes hacía el machismo ambivalente, es decir no rechazan la existencia del machismo dentro de sus hogares, en correlación a esto se determinó que predominaban micromachismos coercitivos y encubiertos. Dentro del funcionamiento familiar existe disfuncionalidad debido al rol que ejerce el hombre en casa y a la sobrecarga de actividades que debe realizar la mujer
A systematization of experiences based on Pre-professional IV practices was carried out, the theme of systematization was Thought and macho attitudes in the family functioning of users of the Orchard of Olive Foundation, based on the intervention project Promotion program for the development of a culture of peace and gender equity, this work aimed to analyze the macho thinking and attitudes that affect the family functioning of users of the Orchard of Olive Foundation. The object of study was to determine the incidence of these macho thought and attitudes in family dynamics. The main question posed was: How do macho thoughts and attitudes affect the family functioning of the users of the Orchard of Olive Foundation? The systematization methodology was the qualitative study, carried out based on the interpretations of past experiences, arranged among themselves in a logical way, giving way to a critical paraphrase of the process. The following instruments were applied: Evaluation of attitude towards machismo, scale of micromachismo, family APGAR and FF-SIL family functioning questionnaire. As a result, it was obtained that in the users' family’s attitudes towards ambivalent machismo are evident, that is, they do not reject the existence of machismo within their homes, in correlation to this it was determined that coercive and covert micromachismos predominated. Within family functionality there is dysfunctionality due to the role that men play at home and the overload of activities that women must perform
