Resumen
En la presente elaboración del trabajo, se dirige hacia las prácticas pre-profesionales, teniendo como metodología la sistematización, la población con la que se trabajó fueron las parvularias; personas visionarias, desconfiadas y decepcionadas por la modalidad online, surgiendo a modo de duda se busca responder si las técnicas utilizadas para la detección de riesgos situacionales de estrés fueron pertinentes en su aplicación, la entrevista, el foda y la jerarquización de necesidades son tomadas como el objetivo principal de esta investigación. El enfoque cognitivo conductual permitió la identificación e interpretación de los pensamientos y emociones que se manifestaban en la conducta de las parvularias. Si bien es cierto el proceso de aplicabilidad debe ser organizado y controlado, el análisis correcto del contexto basado en la recogida de información juega un papel fundamental para que a futuro en los resultados no se omitan variables importantes

The cognitive-behavioral approach allowed the identification and interpretation of the thoughts and emotions that were manifested in the behavior of the preschool children. Although the applicability process must be organized and controlled, the correct analysis of the context based on the collection of information plays a fundamental role so that in the future, important variables are not omitted from the results
