The main objective of this study is based on changing the aptitude and attitude of each employee in the area of maintenance of the Indulac company, which is oriented to an improvement in the procedures for the preparation and control of the efficiency of the equipment in the company; this with a view to having sufficient capacity to directional each of the areas to apply TPM techniques in the future. To achieve our objective, each of the assets must be identified that make up each process or work area and subsequently must be coded for quick identification within the accounting system; each activity to be executed must be supported with a work order which will be directed by a maintenance procedure to be able to record all the information required on the machine cards. This will not show the frequencies, costs, states of each action in order to have relevant information for making the right decisions. They have identified the main problems and causes by applying engineering analysis techniques such as the Pareto Diagram, stratification and Ishikawa. An implementation of constant training programs in different techniques the same that will be developed by the maintenance department to be able to relate internal and external activities; this in order to to be able to count on more qualified personnel in aspects of failure analysis and application of corrections and necessary improvements in each process. A Once we have analyzed all the most optimal solutions, the benefit / cost study that justifies our project in that for each investment dollar will be optimized 0.30 cents. It should be noted that this does not it will be feasible if there is no direct commitment from the higher company for full support for the project they will generate momentous decisions in both physical and human resources.
