Resumen
Las relaciones de poder y su influencia en la salud familiar es un tema poco explorado en el contexto ecuatoriano, esto motivó a sistematizar la experiencia con 5 familias participantes en la escuela para padres, el objetivo era revisar la relación de poder y su influencia en la salud familiar y así poder dar respuesta a la pregunta eje: ¿De qué forma las relaciones de poder identificadas en las familias participantes en la escuela para padres de la cooperativa 9 de octubre, influyeron en su salud familiar. ?. Utilizamos como metodología la sistematización de experiencias, siendo cualitativo por su práctica investigativa y descriptiva usando los siguientes instrumentos: entrevista semiestructurada, manual para la intervención de la salud familiar, Cuestionario de Funcionamiento Familiar (FF-SIL). Nuestra reflexión crítica se basó en analizar los tres tipos de poder encontrados donde concluimos que estas provocaron actitudes que dificultan la convivencia y se deteriora la salud familiar
The relations of power and its influence on family care and health, has been one of the least explored topics in Ecuadorian context, that is why this is the main reason for this experience systematization to take a place of relevance in relation with family health. This study came true as a result of the experiences live with five families, these families were participants of a project called “parents´ school” which objective was to analyze the influence that relations of power have to the health and care of the familiar system in order to answer the principal question; How come can relations of power identified into the families of “parents´ school” from the “Nueve de Octubre” cooperative, affect or influenced the care and health of a family? The methodology used was based in this experience systematization, being this a qualitative method for the investigation practices to the correct interpretation using the following instruments: A semi- structured interview, the intervention of family health manual, The Family Functionality Questionnaire (FF-SIL). The critical reflection that came out of this analysis have based their construct in three different types of power found in these family’s system, that is how it came to the conclusion that these forces provoke some kind of counterproductive behaviors, which is the main reason of the family health decrease and deterioration
