Resumen
El presente proyecto de titulación se basa en el desarrollo de un sistema que gestione los
procesos de registro de pago de alícuotas, generación de estado de cuenta y registro de
visitantes que se llevan a cabo en condominios y ciudadelas privadas, con el fin de mejorar
y ahorrar tiempo en las tareas administrativas. El sistema está elaborado con la arquitectura
Modelo Vista Controlador (MVC) que es la representación de interfaz de usuario con la
lógica de negocios y las interacciones que realiza el usuario. Se efectuó la recolección de
información, realizando entrevistas al administrador y jefe de guardianía. La metodología
utilizada fue ICONIX, lo que permitió trabajar con diferentes diagramas UML y mediante
un análisis se descubrieron claramente las entidades, relaciones e interfaces del sistema. Se
eligió a Java como lenguaje de programación ya que es orientado a objetos y
multiplataforma, siendo ejecutado con la ayuda del servidor Apache TomCat. Además se
utilizó la base de datos Postgres, la cual es de código abierto y accede a trabajar con
grandes volúmenes de datos. De modo que, el sistema permite registrar el pago de
alícuotas, genera reportes de estado de cuenta y registra a todos los propietarios, residentes
que habitan en cada vivienda y visitantes lo cual se ha convertido en favorables resultados
para los beneficiarios que interactúan con el sistema.
The following project is based on the development of a system that manages the processes of registration of payment of aliquotes, generation of account statement and registration of visitors that are carried out in condominiums and private communities, in order to improve and save time on administrative tasks. The system is developed with the Model View Controller (MVC) architecture, which is the representation of the user interface with the business logic and the interactions carried out by the user. The information was collected, conducting interviews alongside the administrator and the head of the guard. The methodology used was ICONIX, which allowed working with different UML diagrams and through an analysis the entities, relationships and interfaces of the system were clearly discovered. Java was chosen as the primary programming language since it is object-oriented andcan be utilized in a multiplatform, being executed with the help of the Apache Tomcat server. In addition, the Postgres database was used, which is open source and accesses to work with large volumes of data. Thus, the system allows to register the payment of aliquots, generates account statement reports and registers all the owners, residents who live in each house and visitors, which has become favorable results for the beneficiaries who interact with the system.
