Resumen
El presente proyecto de investigación, para la exploración de factibilidad de construcción de una caja comunal en el recinto el mate del cantón Santa Lucía, tiene como finalidad establecer mecanis- mos e instrumentos administrativos y financieros que garanticen el buen funcionamiento de la organi- zación y por ende, mejoren las condiciones económicas y productivas a los usuarios. La metodología utilizada para la recolección de la información tiene enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo, debido a que se basa en la ejecución y aplicación de encuestas a los agricultores, del cual, se obtuvo como principales hallazgos: la confianza y respaldo de los socios para su constitución, debido a la necesidad de financia- miento que tienen según su situación económica, el apego a la usura por la acceso restringido que man- tienen con otras entidades financieras y el desconocimiento que poseen en cuanto a la operatividad de la caja de ahorro y el sistema financiero conocida y solidario. Desde esta perspectiva, se concluyó la necesidad de contar con un plan de negocios que contenga una perspectiva clara de la prestación de servicios financieros y permita a las familias desarrollar sus pequeños emprendimientos, bajo estas pre- misas se tiene como resultado viabilidad para la ejecución del proyecto.
The present research project, for the exploration of the feasibility of the construction of a com- munal fund in the El Mate area of the Santa Lucía canton, aims to establish administrative and financial mechanisms and instruments that guarantee the proper functioning of the organization and therefore, improve economic and productive conditions for users.The methodology used to collect the information has a qualitative and quantitative approach, because it is based on the execution and application of sur- veys to farmers, from which the main findings were obtained: the trust and support of the partners for its constitution , due to the need for financing that they have according to their economic situation, the attachment to usury due to the restricted access they maintain with other financial entities and the igno- rance they have regarding the operation of the savings bank and the financial system known and sup- portive. From this perspective, it was concluded the need to have a business plan that contains a clear perspective of the provision of financial services and allows families to develop their small businesses, under these premises the feasibility for the execution of the project is obtained.
