Resumen
El presente trabajo de titulación “Regeneración urbana del borde costero de la parroquia rural de Chanduy, 2021.”
tiene como objetivo la regeneración de los espacios existentes en el borde costero de la comuna que corresponde al
Puerto. Debido a que se genera contaminación de residuos de pesca y demás industrias, los desechos son arrastrados
por el mar hacia la playa, por lo que el disfrute turístico y paisajístico de las mismas se ve interrumpido.
Por esta razón surge la necesidad de plantear un proyecto que permita recuperar los espacios que ayuden a mejorar la
percepción visual del sector reduciendo la contaminación por medio del mejoramiento urbano de la parroquia, además
de contribuir al desarrollo organizado de actividades marítimas, de manera que se repotencie el comercio y turismo del
sector se. Para el desarrollo del proyecto se tomarán en cuenta los modelos análogos obtenidos durante el desarrollo
del proceso de investigación, facilitando la búsqueda de soluciones a las problemáticas del sector.
The study titled "Urban regeneration of the coastal edge of the rural parish of Chanduy, 2021." Its objective is the regeneration of the existing spaces on the coastal edge of the community that corresponds to the Port. Due to generation of pollution from fishing and Industrial waste. the waste is dragged by the tide ending up on the beach shores, preventing the tourist who visit the area from enjoying the landscape. For this reason, the need arises to propose a project that allows to recover the spaces an improving the visual perception of the sector, by reducing pollution through the urban improvement of the parish, in addition to allowing the organized development of maritime activities. Therefore, contributing to the development of commerce and tourism of the sector. For the development of the project, the analogous models obtained during the development of the research process will be taken into account, facilitating the search for solutions to the problems of the sector.
