Resumen
El presente trabajo de titulación muestra una minuciosa investigación sobre las condiciones de precariedad e incomodidad ocupacional en los espacios interiores de las viviendas por parte de
los habitantes de la Coop. 22 de julio, de lo cual como muestra de estudio se escogió siete casas para esta investigación, las cuales mostraban mayor condición de hacinamiento y mecanismos
improvisados de autoconstrucción, los cuales provocan condiciones de inhabitabilidad y confort ocupacional.
Para poder realizar estos estudios y determinar los factores que provocan las condiciones de inhabitabilidad y confort ocupacional, se necesitó la colaboración de las familias que ocupaban
estas viviendas de estudio, y gracias al permitir ingresar a las viviendas se pudo tomar diferentes datos de estudio dentro y fuera de la vivienda para poder determinar el problema y la gravedad
del mismo.
Con los diferentes datos se determinaron dos tipos de soluciones existentes ante las problemáticas, una de un costo elevado (modelo de vivienda) y la otra de un rubro menor (solución 0), el fin
de ambas propuestas es mejorar las condiciones de habitabilidad y confort térmico de los habitantes de las viviendas dependiendo de las necesidades y presupuesto de las mismas.
The present degree work shows a meticulous investigation on the conditions of precariousness and occupational discomfort in the interior spaces of the houses by the inhabitants of the Coop. July 22, from which as a study sample, seven houses were chosen for this research, which showed a greater condition of overcrowding and improvised mechanisms of self-construction, which cause uninhabitable conditions and occupational comfort. In order to carry out these studies and determine the factors that cause uninhabitable conditions and occupational comfort, the collaboration of the families who occupied these study dwellings was needed, and thanks to allowing entry to the dwellings it was possible to take different study data within and outside the home to determine the problem and its severity. With the different data, two types of existing solutions to the problems were determined, one of a high cost (housing model) and the other of a lesser category (solution 0), the purpose of both proposals is to improve the conditions of habitability and comfort thermal of the inhabitants of the houses depending on the needs and budget of the same.
