Análisis y consecuencias del delito de violación a la intimidad según el artículo 178 del Código Orgánico Integral Penal

Resumen
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general, analizar las consecuencias del delito de violación a la intimidad según el artículo 178 del Código Orgánico Integral Penal, dentro de sus objetivos específicos describió los elementos doctrinarios y teóricos del este delito, se determinaron las características del delito de violación a la intimidad, así como también se propuso un programa de información pública acerca del derecho a la intimidad en el ordenamiento jurídico ecuatoriano. La metodología que se utilizó dentro de esta investigación estuvo basada en el enfoque mixto, por cuanto por una parte se utilizó el enfoque cualitativo, para efectuar el análisis de las entrevistas y del artículo 178 del Código Orgánico Integral Penal, y por otra se utilizó el enfoque cualitativo al momento de analizar las encuestas. La investigación concluyó señalando la necesidad que la Defensoría del Pueblo dicte un programa en relación al derecho a la intimidad
The present investigation had the general objective of analyzing the consequences of the crime of violation of privacy according to article 178 of the Comprehensive Organic Criminal Code, within its specific objectives it described the doctrinal and theoretical elements of this crime, the characteristics of the crime of violation of privacy, as well as a public information program about the right to privacy in the Ecuadorian legal system. The methodology used in this research was based on the mixed approach, since on the one hand the qualitative approach was used to carry out the analysis of the interviews and article 178 of the Comprehensive Organic Criminal Code, and on the other the qualitative approach when analyzing surveys. The investigation concluded by pointing out the need for the Ombudsman's Office to dictate a program in relation to the right to privacy.
