Resumen
La presente investigación desarrollada en la compañía Vicuseg C. Ltda., dedicada a la
vigilancia y protección, de acuerdo al estudio realizado nos revelo que no cuenta con un manual
de funciones establecido, ya que se puede comprender la problemática que existe en la compañía
y que afecta a la organización y al desarrollo del crecimiento de la empresa por lo que decido
analizar los diferentes procesos para la implementación del presente manual ,segregando
funciones para el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de la compañía con el objetivo
principal que contribuyan a la mejora y la planificación de los diferentes puestos y áreas de
trabajos. Por lo mencionado en la investigación esto ayudara a la dar solución a los respectivos
errores presentados dentro de la compañía. La investigación desarrollada fue descriptiva, con un
enfoque mixto ya que teniendo como técnica la encuesta y entrevista, al personal donde el
análisis obtenido nos da como resultado el desarrollo de un manual de procesos y funciones que
se desea implementar en la compañía para la mejora y la factibilidad.
The present investigation developed in the company Vicuseg C. Ltda., Dedicated to surveillance and protection, according to the study carried out revealed that it does not have an established manual of functions, since the problems that exist in the company can be understood and that affects the organization and the development of the growth of the company, so I decide to analyze the different processes for the implementation of this manual, segregating functions for the work performance of the company's collaborators with the main objective that they contribute to the improvement and planning the different positions and work areas. As mentioned in the investigation, this will help to solve the respective errors presented within the company. The research carried out was descriptive, with a mixed approach since taking the survey and interview as the subject, the staff where the analysis obtained results in the development of a manual of processes and functions that you want to implement in the company for improvement and the feasibility.
