Resumen
La transgresión al derecho del honor y buen nombre mediante la Consulta de Causas del Sistema Automático de Trámite Judicial Ecuatoriano se lleva a cabo de forma directa a los ciudadanos que han sido investigados a nivel Nacional sea por delitos o por el cometimiento de una contravención, toda vez que quedan los registros en la página web misma que no necesita ningún tipo de identificación para el libre acceso de los datos que en dicha página se suben por parte de los administradores de justicia, siendo así que esta transgresión conlleva muchas veces a la discriminación laboral pese a que no registran antecedentes penales, constan como investigados a nivel nacional.
