Vulneración de derechos fundamentales del menor en la fase administrativa del Proceso de Adopción en el Ecuador

Resumen
La presente investigación está conformada con información correspondiente a la
vulneración de los Derechos Fundamentales del menor en la fase administrativa del proceso
de Adopción en el Ecuador, con fundamento a lo que establecen las normas jurídicas del país
y la Convención sobre los Derechos del niño, se busca establecer porque se dan retrasos dentro
de la fase administrativa de la adopción, y encontrar una solución que ayude a brindar una
mayor protección a los derechos del menor. El trabajo investigativo se nutre de fuentes
fidedignas y se realizaron entrevistas dentro de la Institución del Mies cuya finalidad es la de
encontrar la fuente del problema, como también el poder dar una solución viable y segura.
Además se pudo identificar que existe una vulneración de los Derechos fundamentales del
menor debido a la falta de celeridad con que se realizan los procesos dentro de la fase
administrativa, lo que deja en una situación de desamparo al menor.
