La Acción de Reivindicación y sus diferencias y similitudes con la Acción de Petición de Herencia

Resumen
El presente trabajo investigativo lo he sub dividido en IV capítulos que son: capítulo
I planteamiento de problema; capitulo II que comprende los antecedentes de la
investigación y el marco teórico, marco conceptual, marco contextual y marco legal,
mientras que en el capítulo III comprende el marco metodológico, mientras que el
capítulo IV va la propuesta, estructura gubernamental, conclusiones y
recomendaciones y bibliografía.
Este trabajo dentro del primer capítulo he formulado claramente la formulación del
problema referente tanto a la reivindicación como al derecho de petición de herencia;
he realizado una sistematización del problema referentes a estas dos instituciones
jurídicas, como se puede observar a simple lectura está bien definido los objetivos
de la investigación de las precitadas instituciones jurídicas terminamos con una
justificación del problema de manera profunda y concienzuda.
I have subdivided the present investigative work into IV chapters which are: chapter I problem statement; Chapter II, which includes the background of the research and the theoretical framework, conceptual framework, contextual framework and legal framework, while Chapter III includes the methodological framework, while Chapter IV includes the proposal, governmental structure, conclusions and recommendations and bibliography. In this work within the first chapter I have clearly formulated the formulation of the problem regarding both the claim and the right to petition for inheritance; I have made a systematization of the problem regarding these two legal institutions, as can be seen at a simple reading, the objectives of the investigation of the aforementioned legal institutions are well defined, we end up with a justification of the problem in a deep and conscientious way.
