Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un Centro de Entrenamiento y Rehabilitación Física en la Ciudadela Montebello Guayaquil

Resumen
El presente trabajo de titulación tiene como objetivo realizar un estudio de factibilidad para la
creación de un centro de entrenamiento para personas saludables y a su vez de rehabilitación
física para personas que padecen alguna enfermedad o han sufrido un accidente o lesión que
lleven al paciente a tener una movilidad limitada temporal, imposibilitándolos a realizar sus
actividades cotidianas. Para el desarrollo de este trabajo se realizó un estudio de mercado para
delimitar la ubicación de este centro de entrenamiento y rehabilitación física, el cual estaría
ubicado en la ciudadela Montebello, al norte de la ciudad de Guayaquil, además se empleó una
herramienta muy importante de investigación, como lo es la encuesta, ayudando a recopilar
información esencial que nos afirma la necesidad latente de poner en marcha un emprendimiento
de este tipo en dicho sector, gracias a la evaluación financiera calculando el VAN y TIR, se
obtuvo resultados positivos, mismos que confirmaron la viabilidad de este proyecto.
The objective of this degree work is to carry out a feasibility study for the creation of a training center for healthy people and in turn physical rehabilitation for people who suffer from any disease or have suffered an accident or injury that leads the patient to have a temporary limited mobility, making it impossible for them to carry out their daily activities. For the development of this work, a market study was carried out to delimit the location of this training and physical rehabilitation center, which would be located in the Montebello citadel, north of the city of Guayaquil, in addition a very important tool of Research, such as the survey, helping to collect essential information that confirms the latent need to start an enterprise of this type in said sector, thanks to the financial evaluation calculating the NPV and IRR, positive results were obtained, same as confirmed the viability of this project.
