Estrategias didácticas en la motivación al interés del idioma Inglés

Resumen
Esta investigación tiene como la finalidad de proporcionar una alternativa de solución a la problemática evidenciada como es el desinterés de los estudiantes de la básica superior de la Unidad Educativa 17 de Septiembre del cantón Milagro, es notoria la desmotivación de los estudiantes hacia esta asignatura, es por esto que se hace necesario indagar las causa que originan esta problemática, la causa más relevante encontrada determina que las estrategias que aplica el docente no son motivadoras, teniendo como consecuencia estudiantes desinteresados en el aprendizaje de esta segunda lengua. Se encontró material valioso al realizar la investigación bibliográfica que deja de manifiesto las estrategias didácticas motivadoras que puede aplicar el docente del área de inglés para volver atractiva y dinámica sus clases. La metodología cualitativa-cuantitativa es el camino seguido por la autora de este trabajo para poder determinar los métodos, técnicas e instrumentos a utilizar en el levantamiento de la información se empleó la encuesta a los estudiantes de la institución y la entrevista a jefes en el área de inglés, teniendo como resultado que el 69% de los estudiantes desconocen la incidencia del elemento cognitivo en el aprendizaje significativo del idioma ingle, el 77% de los estudiantes están de acuerdo en que se aplique una guía con estrategias didácticas motivadoras para el aprendizaje del inglés. En las entrevistas los expertos en el área coinciden en que es muy importante utilizar herramientas que complementen y puedan activar la motivación intrínseca de los estudiantes, considerando que la asignatura tiene destrezas que exigen utilizar herramientas audiovisuales. Como conclusión se determina que la elaboración de la guía es una valiosa ayuda para los docentes y estudiantes en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje del idioma inglés.
This research aims to provide an alternative solution to the obvious problem such as the lack of interest of students from the higher basic of the 17 de September High School of the Milagro canton, the demotivation of the students towards this subject, is notorious, which is why it is necessary to investigate the cause that originate this problem, the most relevant cause found determines that the valuable material was found in conducting bibliographic research that reveals the motivating teaching strategies that the English teacher can apply to make his classes attractive and dynamic. The qualitative-quantitative methodology is the path followed by the author of this work in order to determine the methods, techniques and tools to be used in the collection of information, the survey of the students of the institution and the interview with chiefs in the area of English was used, with the result that 69% of the students do not know the incidents of the cognitive element in the significant learning of the English language, 77% of students agree that a guide with motivating teaching strategies for learning English should be implemented. In the interviews, experts in the area agree that it is very important to use tools that complement and activate the student’s intrinsic motivation, considering that the subject has skills that require the use of audiovisual tools. In conclusion, the preparation of the guide is valuable help for teachers and students in the process of teaching-learning English language.
