Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación consiste en diagnosticar cuanto se investiga en
contabilidad por parte de los estudiantes de pregrado de la Universidad de Guayaquil en la carrera de contaduría pública autorizada, la cual dio como resultado que los estudiantes no realizan investigaciones contables como temas de sus tesis, sino que se enfocan o se basan en temas de tesis anteriores. Así, también conocer cuáles son las tendencias, sub-líneas de investigación, líneas de investigación que los estudiantes utilizan para elaborar su investigación, también los estudiantes han tenido contratiempo al momento de elaborar su tesis con los siguientes factores: asignación con el tutor y corto periodo de tiempo, comunicación con el tutor de acuerdo, problemas con el repositorio de la universidad al momento de realizar investigaciones sobre temas anteriores y es por ello que se propone un plan estratégico le permitirá obtener recomendaciones para mejorar la investigación contable en la Universidad de Guayaquil
The present research work consists of diagnosing how much is researched in accounting by undergraduate students of the University of Guayaquil in the career of authorized public accounting, As a result, students do not conduct accounting research as topics in their theses, but instead focus on or build on topics from previous theses. Thus, also knowing what are the trends, sub-lines of research, lines of research that students use to elaborate their research, also students have had setbacks at the time of writing their thesis with the following factors: assignment with the guardian and short period of time, communication with the guardian in agreement, problems with the university’s repository when carrying out research on previous topics and that is why a strategic plan is proposed that will allow you to obtain recommendations to improve accounting research at the University of Guayaquil
