Resumen
El presente trabajo muestra el manejo de inventarios en la empresa comercial en cual verificaremos la forma en la que se están llevando para poder conocer la importación de tener clasificados de manera correcta la mercadería así consiguiendo una buena distribución de estas.
La base de toda empresa comercial es la compra y venta de bienes de esto la importación del manejo de inventarios al tener una mejor rotación de los mismo tendremos menos perdidas de mercedaria y una empresa más estable.
Por medio del siguiente trabajo se darán a conocer el sistema ABC y la forma que se va a clasificar los inventarios mediante la capacitación al personal encargado y la guía constante según las mejoras establecidas.
Abstract This work shows the inventory management in the commercial company in which we will verify the way in which they are being carried in order to know the import of having the merchandise classified correctly, thus achieving a good distribution of these. The basis of every commercial company is the purchase and sale of goods, of which the import of inventory management by having a better rotation of the same we will have less losses of Mercedarian and a more stable company. Through the following work, the ABC system and the way in which inventories are going to be classified will be made known through training of the personnel in charge and constant guidance according to the established improvements.
