Sistema de actividades físicas y recreativas, para la corrección de los TDAH

Resumen
Introducción: El Trastorno por déficit de atención y/o hiperactividad (TDAH) es un
trastorno del neurodesarrollo que afecta la calidad de vida en niños y adolescentes,
y se extiende hasta la edad adulta. La literatura señala que la práctica de actividad
física y ejercicio físico establece beneficios positivos para el organismo del ser
humano, a nivel físico, biológico y psicológico. Objetivo: Examinar los efectos de
las intervenciones de actividad física recreativas sobre en niños de secundaria
básica diagnosticados con TDAH de la Unidad Educativa de Guayaquil. Resultados:
sobre el 1er componente de determinación de los objetivos, existe una concordancia de los expertos al evaluarla como Muy Adecuada con un valor de -
0,93 ≤ 0,77. En lo correspondiente a la valoración del 2do, 3ro, 4to y 5to
componentes del sistema de actividades físicas y recreativas, existió un alto nivel
de concordancia de los expertos al considerarlas como Bastante Adecuadas,
resultando los valores de su procesamiento entre los puntos de cohorte de -0,77 a
0,64. Conclusiones: Estos resultados permiten considerar la pertinencia del
sistema de actividades físicas y recreativas para la corrección de los estudiantes
con TDAH durante la clase de Educación Física y su consecuente aplicación en la
práctica.
Introduction: Attention deficit and / or hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder that affects the quality of life in children and adolescents, and extends into adulthood. The literature indicates that the practice of physical activity and physical exercise establishes positive benefits for the human body, at a physical, biological and psychological level. Objective: To examine the effects of recreational physical activity interventions on elementary school children diagnosed with ADHD at the Guayaquil Educational Unit. Results: on the 1st component of determination of the objectives, there is a concordance of the experts when evaluating it as Very Adequate with a value of -0.93 ≤ 0.77. Regarding the assessment of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th components of the system of physical and recreational activities, there was a high level of agreement of the experts considering them as Fairly Adequate, resulting in the values of their processing between the cohort points of -0.77 to 0.64. Conclusions: These results allow us to consider the relevance of the system of physical and recreational activities for the correction of students with ADHD during Physical Education class and its consequent application in practice.
