Resumen
El objetivo general de este estudio fue detectar mediante distintas
metodologías los problemas más significativos que aquejan a la empresa,
cuantificar los que repercuten en mayor grado en cuanto a pérdidas económicas
y desarrollar métodos que permitan soluciones.
Como metodologías aplicadas para la identificación de los problemas están:
Análisis visual, recopilación de información, diálogo directo, estudio de
medición del tiempo.
Como técnicas de Ingeniería Industrial se emplearon:
Análisis Foda, Análisis y diagramas Causa–Efecto, Análisis y diagramas
Paretto.
Se concluye diciendo que al realizar el análisis de las soluciones de los
problemas que presenta VA.HIERRO S.A, se llega a la resolución de que es
factible la aplicación de las soluciones propuestas, quedando entendido que son
para uso en bien de la entidad. Para ello se recomienda:
Aplicación necesaria del sistema MRP.
Utilización del programa de mantenimiento preventivo.
Utilización del Plan Básico de Seguridad e Higiene Industrial.
Estas recomendaciones conllevan a tener una visión clara de los beneficios que
se obtendría si se aplican.
The general objective of this study was to detect through different methodologies the most significant problems that afflict the company, quantify those that have the greatest impact in terms of economic losses and develop methods that enable solutions. As methodologies applied for the identification of problems are: Visual analysis, information gathering, direct dialogue, study of time measurement. As Industrial Engineering techniques were used: SWOT Analysis, Cause–Effect Analysis and Diagrams, Analysis and Diagrams Pareto. It concludes by saying that when performing the analysis of the solutions of the problems presented by VA.HIERRO S.A, the resolution is reached that it is feasible the application of the proposed solutions, being understood that they are for use on behalf of the entity. For this it is recommended: Necessary application of the MRP system. Use of the preventive maintenance program. Use of the Basic Industrial Safety and Hygiene Plan. These recommendations lead to having a clear vision of the benefits that would be obtained if applied.
