Resumen
El estudio presente trata de identificar el impacto social de la implementación
del programa PIDAASSE en la comuna Zapotal, desde su culminación hasta el
momento actual. Cómo parte del proceso de investigación se tomará en cuenta los
enfoques y herramientas más utilizadas para tratar los distintos programas dentro
del desarrollo territorial de comunidades, comunas, mancomunidades, comarcas,
desarrollo local- rural, transformación organizacional entre otros. Para esta
investigación se aplicará el método exploratorio ya que se cuenta con pocos
estudios que traten sobre el impacto social en la comuna Zapotal, además de que
se utilizará el enfoque cualitativo para una mayor posibilidad en los resultados de
análisis y para la recopilación de la información se considera en un primer momento
aplicable o de campo, la entrevista, que cuenta con esa experiencia objetiva subjetiva de la realidad de los habitantes tras la implementación del programa. The present study seeks to identify the social impact of the implementation of the PIDAASSE program in the Zapotal commune, from its culmination to the present time. As part of the research process, the most used approaches and tools will be taken into account to deal with the different programs within the territorial development of communities, communes, commonwealths, comarcas, local-rural development, organizational transformation, among others. For this research the exploratory method will be applied since there are few studies that deal with the social impact in the Zapotal commune, besides the qualitative approach will be used for a greater possibility in the results of analysis and for the compilation of the information it is considered in a first applicable or field moment, the interview, which has that objective-subjective experience of the reality of the inhabitants after the implementation of the program.
