Resumen
El presente proyecto se presenta como mejora para agilizar procesos de control en la
empresa Chocolates Atelier Chocolatier S.A. El mismo que consiste en desarrollar un
sistema de control que registre y sincronice información de los trabajadores de la
institución como son los horarios de entrada/salida de labores y de almuerzo. Para esto
se tiene planificado desarrollar la programación orientada a circuitos y redes que permita
a la ejecutiva revisar la información almacenada en tiempo real desde la comodidad de
su casa, oficina o lugar donde se encuentre. Es necesario resaltar que a la fecha de hoy
con una pandemia como la que vivimos y la modalidad a la que nos acoplamos, los
horarios de los trabajadores se ven afectados por las restricciones que muchas veces
impide la movilización de las personas, además de que en la empresa no existe un
marcador de horarios laborales exacto que pueda llevar este control. Actualmente quien
toma la temperatura y escribe horarios de entrada y salida del personal es el guardia de
seguridad, pero seguir con este método implica que por algún descuido pueda existir un
contagio masivo en la institución debido a que la persona que controla los horarios
mantiene contacto directo con todas las personas que laboran allí. En vista de este
problema, surge la idea de sistematizar este proceso para evitar posibles contagios de covid-19 en la empresa, ocupar ese tiempo de carga laboral del guardia en otras
actividades de mejor necesidad y permitir a los jefes conocer los horarios exactos de
labores del personal que labora
This project will be to streamline control processes in the company Chocolates Atelier Chocolatier S.A. It consists of implementing a control system that records and synchronizes information about the institution's workers, such as temperature, hours of entry/exit from work and lunch. For this, I will develop programming oriented to circuits and networks that allows the boss to review the information stored in real time from the comfort of her home, office or place where she is. It is necessary to emphasize that to date with a pandemic such as the one we are experiencing and the modality to which we engage, workers, schedules are affected by the restrictions that often prevent the mobilization of people, in addition to the company doesn’t have an exact marker of working hours that can keep this control. Currently, the person who takes the temperature and writes the entry and exit times of the personnel is the security guard, but continuing with this method implies that due to some oversight there may be a massive contagion in the institution because the person who controls the schedules maintains direct contact with all the people who work there. In view of this problem, the idea arises of systematizing this process to avoid possible contagion of covid-19 in the company, occupy that time of workload of the guard in other activities of better need and allow the bosses to know the exact hours of work of the staff that works.
