Resumen
La Nutrición Enteral es la forma de alimentación artificial, más manejable y segura, así
como la más empleada actualmente, El principal objetivo de la investigación es elaborar
un manual de alimentación artesanal enteral domiciliario dirigido a la población adulta
mayor, al momento ya existen una serie de manuales sobre Nutrición Enteral en el mundo,
no obstante, ninguno de ellos incluye opciones de recetas que aseguren una alimentación
completa, segura y equilibrada mediante la preparación de dietas Enterales Artesanales o
licuados artesanales.
La investigación fue de tipo explicativa y descriptiva, el método de investigación
empleado fue deductivo con enfoque Cuali-cuantitativo; Como Resultado se obtuvieron
11 recetas con las características nutricionales y físicas requeridas siendo aptas para
Nutrición Enteral domiciliaria. Se concluyó que el Manual de soporte nutrición enteral
artesanal, es una herramienta necesaria e idónea como apoyo para llevar a cabo la
Nutrición Enteral Domiciliaria de manera exitosa.

It was concluded that the Handbook of Support of Artisan Enteral Nutrition, is a necessary and suitable tool to support the successful conduct of Home Enteral Nutrition.
