Resumen
Los mercados de víveres en la actualidad son construcciones indispensables para cualquier sector de una sociedad; en el instante que empieza su construcción hasta su finalización puede presentarse algún problema que cause su retraso afectando el progreso constructivo del mismo, para ello el presente trabajo de titulación tiene como finalidad la elaboración de la Planificación y Control de la obra Reconstrucción del Mercado Santa Clara en la cabecera cantonal del Cantón Daule, permitiendo reducir cualquier escenario negativo que pueda presentarse en el momento de su construcción y obtener una optimización en el tiempo y costo. Mediante la utilización de herramientas facilitadas por los diversos softwares como Excel y Microsoft Project, se permitió comprender y observar el inicio y fin de cada una de las actividades que se realizarán, obteniendo como resultado el presupuesto, APUS y los respectivos cronogramas, para evaluar y controlar el desempeño y flujo que tendrá el proyecto.
Food markets today are indispensable constructions for any sector of a society; at the moment that its construction begins until its completion there may be some problem that causes its delay affecting the constructive progress of the same, for this the present titling work has as its purpose the elaboration of the Planning and Control of the work Reconstruction of the Santa Clara Market in the cantonal head of the Canton Daule, allowing to reduce any negative scenario that may arise at the time of its construction and obtain an optimization in time and cost. Through the use of tools provided by the various softwares such as Excel and Microsoft Project, it was possible to understand and observe the beginning and end of each of the activities that will be carried out, obtaining as a result the budget, APUS and the respective schedules, to evaluate and control the performance and flow that the project will have.
