Resumen
El presente trabajo de titulación busca evaluar los riesgos laborales presentes en la empresa
RADIADORES ALW, donde se realizó visitas a la empresa, dentro de la estructura
investigativa la cual comprende tres aspectos, el primero comprende los fundamentos
teóricos, bibliográficos y científicos, así como también los fundamentos legales en que se
sustente el presente trabajo. En la segunda parte comprende un levantamiento de
información in situ, en la cual se empleó herramientas de ingeniería como son: diseño de
planta, mapa de procesos, diagramas de flujo, fichas de proceso y matriz de riesgo
colombiana gt45. Obteniendo con esto la evaluación de los riesgos presentes en cada área
de trabajo e identificando los incumplimientos legales y sus respectivas causas que los
generan. En la tercera parte se presenta una propuesta técnica sustentada en la normativa
legal vigente en materia de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, con esto podremos obtener
como resultado la disminución de los incumplimientos a la normativa y así evitar las
multas y sanciones correspondientes.
The present degree project seeks to evaluate the occupational hazards present in the company RADIADORES ALW, where the assessment visits took place, inside an investigative structure which comprehends three aspects, the first one comprises the theorical, bibliographic and scientific basis, as well as legal basis on which the present project is supported. The second part comprehends the information gathering in situ, on which engineering tools such as: plant layout, process map, flowcharts, process sheets, Colombian gt45 risk matrix, were used. This information was obtained using risk evaluation on each work area, identifying legal breaches and the respective causes that originate them. On the third part a technical proposal, sustained by the current legal regulations on matter of safety and security at work, is presented, with this we will be able to obtain a decrease of the regulation neglect and therefore avoid fines and corresponding sanctions.
