Resumen
El presente trabajo para titulación tiene como objetivo el estudiar los riesgos laborales del
personal técnico del área de mecanizado de servicios metalmecánicos, con el finde poder
elaborar una propuesta para mejorar la SSO, en la primera parte se detalle las bases legales y
teóricas bajo las cuales se realiza este documento, el capítulo 2 trata de la información que se
obtuvo a través de la observación en el desarrollo de las actividades diarias de la empresa, se
evaluó los riesgos mediante la matriz de riesgos bajo el método de William Fine para riesgos
mecánicos y por el método simplificado para riesgos físicos, biológico, químico, ergonómico y
psicosocial; el detalle del cumplimiento legal bajo el formato cumple/no cumple en la tabla
“Lista De Chequeo De Obligaciones Seguridad Y Salud En El Trabajo Para Empresas De 1-10
Trabajadores” el mismo que se encuentra en la página oficial del ministerio de trabajo,
finalmente en la tercera parte se plantea una propuesta para evitar los gastos legales por no
cumplimiento de los requisitos mínimos, que por ser una microempresa debe de mantener para
permanecer operando dentro de los límites legales, mostrando lo importante e indispensable de
hacer una inversión por parte de la empresa para mejorar los conocimientos en Salud y
