Resumen
El presente trabajo investigativo tuvo como objetivo general determinar las
complicaciones obstétricas y neonatales por el consumo de heroína y sus
derivados en gestantes adolescentes del Hospital Universitario a partir de una
metodología no experimental con un enfoque cuantitativo, que se realizó con un
total de 200 HC de gestantes adolescentes de 15 a 19 años, entrevistas a 5
profesionales especialistas. La principal complicación obstétrica de mayor
incidencia es la anemia con el 36% y prematuridad con el 32%, mientras que la
principal complicación obstétrica obtenida de la base de datos del hospital refleja
un 22% de RPM y en un 21% trabajo de parto prematuro espontáneo. En el caso
de las complicaciones neonatales la mayor incidencia obtenida se asocia en un
43% bajo peso al nacer, mientras que en los datos estadísticos es la complicación
neonatal se refleja en un 26% el Síndrome de dificultad respiratoria del recién
nacido.
