Resumen
Este Documento mostrará la necesidad de vincular la
práctica de campo intensiva con la teoría de la
construcción como herramienta fundamental en el
desarrollo integral del Arquitecto como edificador de
proyectos y diseños elaborados acordes a las necesidades
actuales y conocimientos vigentes. Se utilizará la
investigación bibliográfica Documental, la malla curricular
de la Facultad de Arquitectura; las experiencias previas al
tema y los aportes de diferentes autores vinculados. La
factibilidad de una obra, se logra con el conocimiento y
manejo de técnicas, materiales y aplicación del conjunto
de información que la edificación exige; al concretarla
partiendo del análisis, diseño, planificación, programación
y administración de obra, es decir dominando la
edificación, se alcanzara la categoría de Arquitecto
Constructor. Se pretende que los planteamientos que se
establecen en este trabajo aporten a los involucrados en
la docencia Universitaria en el area de la Arquitectura, los
aspectos de la interrelación vinculante entre Teoría y
Práctica, que con el compromiso de docentes, analistas,
investigadores, profesionales y estudiantes, la meta a
lograr, a la que todos los involucrados alcancen, sea de
equilibrar la enseñanza de la edificación para beneficio
general. La metodología será documental analizando
cualitativamente la información; esto permitirá llegar a
conclusiones y recomendaciones generales acerca del
impacto, efecto y sostenibilidad de la propuesta,
apoyándonos en bibliografía existente.
This Document will show the necessity to link the intensive field practice with the theory of the construction like fundamental tool in the Architect's integral development like builder of projects and designs elaborated chords to the current necessities and effective knowledge. The Documental bibliographical investigation, the curricular mesh of the Ability of Architecture will be used; the previous experiences to the topic and the contributions of different tied authors. The feasibility of a work, is achieved with the knowledge and handling of techniques, materials and application of the group of information that the construction demands; when summing up it leaving of the analysis, design, planning, programming and work administration, that is to say dominating the construction, Building Architect's category was reached. It is sought that the positions that settle down in this work contribute those involved in the University in the area of the Architecture, the aspects of the linking interrelation between Theory and Practice that with the commitment of educational, analysts, investigators, professionals and students, the goal to achieve, to the one that all those involved reach, be of balancing the teaching of the construction for general benefit. The methodology will be documental analyzing the information qualitatively; this will allow to arrive to summations and general recommendations about the impact, effect and support of the proposal, leaning on in existent bibliography.
