Resumen
La presente investigación tuvo como eje primordial conocer hasta qué
punto se encuentra relacionado el Instituto Superior Almirante
Illingworth con la comunidad productiva y empresarial; con el fin de
formular políticas que permitan la factibilidad de ubicar a los egresados
en las diferentes empresas. Ante la necesidad de conocer cuáles son
los requerimientos de las empresas, se propone la creación del
Departamento de Vinculación; el cual entre sus objetivos y fines está el
de precisar las competencias que demandan los entes laborales, de tal
forma que el nivel de conocimiento y habilidades esté acorde las
demandas que las mismas establezcan.
Como instrumento de investigación se utilizó la observación, encuestas
y la muestra. Es pertinente, entonces que el departamento de
vinculación entre en contacto directo con los jefes de recursos
humanos de diversas empresas, quienes serían el nexo entre la
comisión de vinculación y sus respectivas empresas, lo cual permitiría
delinear el pensum de acuerdo al desempeño que se pretende obtener
de los egresados. Así mismo el departamento de vinculación definirá
las estrategias de capacitación para los docentes del instituto, con el
propósito de fortalecer la malla curricular. La gestión del referido
departamento será permanente y continua, en vista que la sociedad
actual está en constantes cambio

Given the need to know what the business requirements, we propose the establishment of the Liaison Department, which among its objectives and purposes is to clarify the skills demanded by the labor authorities, so that the level of knowledge and skills to develop in their students is commensurate demands that they lay down. As a research tool is used observation, surveys and sample. It is relevant, then the department of linking in direct contact with human resource managers from various companies, who would be the link between the committee and their respective links, which would outline the curriculum according to performance that is intended obtained from the graduates. Also linking the department define training strategies for teachers of the institute, in order to strengthen the curriculum.
