Resumen
El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo proponer una Guía con un
enfoque didáctico la cual va a permitir reforzar la metodología con la que
trabajan las docentes del Nivel Inicial 2 de la Unidad Educativa Réplica
“Aguirre Abad”, se realizó a través de un estudio bibliográfico y de campo.
Esta investigación está enfocada en el fortalecimiento de la Inteligencia
Emocional de los estudiantes, con esto se busca que ellos aprendan a
conocerse a sí mismo fomentando independencia la cual va a permitirles
tomar decisiones con seguridad y confianza, además de manejar de forma
efectiva sus emociones en cuanto a las situaciones que se le presenten a
lo largo de su vida desarrollando en ellos un buen autoconocimiento y
dependencia emocional.
The objective of this project is to propose a Guide with a didactic approach which will allow to reinforce the methodology with which the teachers of Initial Level 2 of the Replica Educational Unit "Aguirre Abad" work, it was carried out through a bibliographic study and field. This research is focused on strengthening the Emotional Intelligence of students, with this it is sought that they learn to know themselves by fostering independence which will allow them to make decisions with security and confidence, in addition to effectively managing their emotions in regarding the situations that arise throughout their lives, developing in them a good self-knowledge and emotional dependence.
