Resumen
Con este proyecto se espera generar inquietudes, entre los directivos
de la institución, jefes de área, sobre la problemática para que tomen
conciencia de evaluación, capacitación. Se plantea interrogantes a
contestarse, y los resultados obtenidos, en la investigación servirá de
guía y orientación para realizar las evaluaciones a los profesionales de
enfermería. El Hospital Francisco de Icaza Bustamante tambien se
beneficia con este proyecto porque tendrá un equipo de profesionales
de alto nivel calificado, logrando atención de calidad, así el
departamento de enfermería mantendrá constantemente una línea de
autoridad eficaz, porque los profesionales de enfermería verán el
cambio a que se ha llegado. Este proyecto es muy significativo porque
se lográ cambiar la mentalidad del equipo de docencia antigua ya que
es necesario actualizarse, prepararse con nuevos conocimientos
científicos. La realización de este trabajo de investigación beneficia a
los licenciados de enfermería porque mantendrá en constante
capacitación continua a este recurso humano recibiendo así
conocimientos actualizados. Es importante que el personal de salud,
médicos, enfermeras y otros profesionales y el personal administrativo
que trabaja en el Hospital Francisco Icaza Bustamante cambien su
mentalidad con el objetivo de cumplir las obligaciones de atención
directa y profesionales en relación al desempeño académico. Este
trabajo servirá para actualizar en cada área al recurso humano
involucrandose en el proceso de educación permanente. Los desafios
para la salud y para la transformación del sector en este siglo nos
impulsa a tener un compromiso con la salud del país para recibir
respuesta que conduzca rápidamente y alcanzar una profesionalización
académica
This project is expected to generate concerns among the directors of the institution, department heads, on the problems to make them aware of assessment, training. It raises questions to be answered, and the results obtained in the research will provide direction and guidance for conducting evaluations to nurses. The Francisco de Icaza Bustamante Hospital also benefits from this project because it will have a team of qualified high-level, achieving quality care and the nursing department constantly maintain a line of effective authority, because nurses will change to has been reached. This project is very significant because it manages to change the mentality of the ancient teaching team as necessary updated, ready with new scientific knowledge. Conducting this research benefits the nursing graduates because kept under continuous training human resources thereby receiving this updated knowledge. It is important that health workers, doctors, nurses and other professionals and staff working in the Hospital Francisco Icaza Bustamante change their mindset in order to fulfill the obligations and direct care professionals in relation to academic performance. This work will update the resource area in each human being involved in the process of lifelong learning. The challenges for health and for the transformation of the sector in this century leads us to have a commitment to the health of the country for a response that leads quickly and achieve academic professionalization.
