Resumen
En el presente proyecto se enfoca la importancia que tiene una gestión de buena
calidad, mediante la cual se considera que una de las metas de la administración es
acumular una base de conocimiento que sirva para que todos los integrantes de la
institución disfruten lo que hacen y de esta manera brinden un servicio de calidad y
calidez.
Es importante respetar las diferentes culturas y comportamiento del talento
humano, la buena gestión consigue que todas converjan en un mismo vértice para
desarrollar una cultura organizacional, que juntos como equipo sólido se enrumben al
logro de los objetivos que tiene la institución. El entorno dinámico y cambiante hace que
la innovación y el cambio sean tan importantes, es necesario que los directivos
practiquen un liderazgo democrático justo y equitativo para desarrollar una gestión
organizacional que contribuya alcanzar el éxito institucional.
La comunicación efectiva permite a los directivos tomar los correctivos y brindar
las orientaciones oportunas, la buena comunicación desarrolla la comprensión,
transmisión e intercambio de información entre personas, a través de ella se cumple
funciones importantes como la planeación, organización, dirección y control. Es
imperioso identificar las barreras que se presentan en la comunicación porque ellas
entorpecen la buena marcha de la organización.
Al aplicar un modelo de información gerencial en el Jardín Escuela Liceo Golden
de la ciudad de Guayaquil, permitirá supervisar el desempeño de la institución, organizar
y controlar las actividades, se logrará comparar y tomar medidas que forman parte del
proceso de control, se logra identificar lo que sucede en cada una de las áreas, la
comunicación permite desarrollar estándares de calidad que le ayuda a ejecutar cursos
de acción adecuados para alcanzar los objetivos que la institución y brindar un servicio
de calidad a beneficio de los niños que se educan en la institución.
In this project focuses the importance of quality management, in which it is considered that one of the goals of management is to build a knowledge base that is available for all members of the institution and enjoy what they do thus provide a quality service and warmth. It is important to respect different cultures and behavior of human talent, good governance ensures that all converge in one vertex to develop an organizational culture that together as solid team routed to achieving the objectives of the institution. The dynamic and changing environment makes innovation and change are so important, managers need to practice a fair and equitable democratic leadership to develop an organizational management that helps institutional success. Effective communication enables managers to take corrective and provide appropriate guidance, good communication develops understanding, transmission and exchange of information between people, through it is fulfilled important functions such as planning, organizing, directing and controlling. It is imperative to identify the barriers that arise in communication because they hinder the smooth running of the organization. By applying a management information model in Golden Lyceum School Garden city of Guayaquil, will monitor the performance of the institution, organize and control activities will be achieved compare and take steps that are part of the monitoring process, is able to identify what happens in each of the areas, communication can develop standards that helps you execute appropriate courses of action to achieve the goals that the institution and provide a quality service for the benefit of children who are educated in the institution.
