Resumen
RESUMEN El rol del Gerente Educativo en la Administración de una institución es el
punto clave como promotor de los procesos de cambio e innovación
educativa para la realización del desempeño administrativo. Es el que
planifica, organiza, dirige, coordina y controla estas funciones. Requiere
de ciertas actitudes como la empatía, saber escuchar, comunicarse de
manera acertada con sus pares, don de liderazgo; una posición crítica
creadora respetuosa de las opiniones ajenas. Además, debe tener
capacidad de resolver problemas en forma racional y conocimiento del
personal docente, representantes legales, alumnos/as y las características
sociales, culturales y económicas del medio en que está inmersa la
Escuela: “Sueños y Anhelos”. El director educativo debe aceptar la
investigación como fuente para garantizar la continuidad y la innovación
que conllevan al mejoramiento continuo de los procesos que se dan en la
educación. Los principios que sustentan las fuentes filosóficas, los
contenidos, los valores, planes y programas ayudarán a una verdadera
armonía de la comunidad educativa. Para poder lograr esto se debe dejar
de lado los viejos modelos y caminar por el sendero de la excelencia y
calidad, y comprometerse a mejorar la cultura organizacional para
contribuir a la calidad de la educación. La llamada “Escuela para docentes
y representantes legales”, es un proceso claro con matices experienciales
que permiten a los representantes legales encontrar alternativas, criterios
y una ayuda eficaz para que actúen con plenitud en su realidad, personal,
familiar y social. Las constantes consultas de los representantes legales
influyeron en este trabajo para recoger los temas trascendentales en los
talleres, con el objeto de formar familias bien estructuradas que sean
beneficiosas a la sociedad y ayuden a su desarrollo. Los representantes
legales deben ser los primeros orientadores. Por tanto, los padres tienen
la obligación de prepararse desde antes del nacimiento de sus
descendientes para ser responsables y verdaderos educadores.

To achieve this you must put aside the old models and walk the path of excellence and quality, committed to improving the organizational culture to contribute to the quality of education. The so-called “School for teachers and legal representatives”, is a process with experiential nuances that allow legal representatives to find alternatives, criteria, and effective acting fully in its reality, aid staff, family and constant social. The consulted legal representatives influenced this work to collect the transcendental in workshops, in form in well-constructed families that are beneficial to society and its development help topics. The legal representatives must be first counselors. Therefore, parents have an obligation to prepare before the birth of their descendientes to be responsible and real educators.
