Resumen
La adolescencia se presentan muchos cambios físicos mentales hormonales, es la etapa de descubrimiento y experimentación por lo que empiezan a iniciar su sexualidad temprana la que tienen un índice alto en la actualidad a nivel mundial, muchas adolescentes en su inicio temprano de relación sexual quedan embarazadas altera no solo a la parte física, mental, educativa del adolescente en sus primeros años ginecológicos, esto tiene una afectación directa intrafamiliar con lo que los padres deben afrontar los cambios directos que les avecinan. El EA demuestra la insuficiencia que hay en la sociedad y en los hogares sobre los temas de ES (educación sexual) y los riesgos que conlleva tener relaciones sexuales a temprana edad, los embarazos que se presentan en las primeras edades ginecológicas son inesperados, no planificados que alteran la vida del adolescente (mental, físico, ambiental), por lo que hay un gran índice de necesidad para implementar planes, programas educativos interactivos y de implementación sencilla para disminuir los EA y los riesgos de enfermedades que pueden adquirir en el proceso.

The EA shows the insufficiency that there is in the society and in the homes on the subjects of IS (sexual education) and the risks that comports to have sexual relations to early age, the pregnancies that present in the first ages ginecológicas are unexpected, no scheduled that alter the life of the teenage (mental, physicist, environmental), by what there is a big index of need to implement plans, interactive educational programs and of simple implementation to diminish the EA and the risks of illnesses that can purchase in the process.
