clave “ Sellado dentinario inmediato, sensibilidad post operatoria, sistemas adhesivos,
Medigraphic, Google Academico, Redalyc y Repositorios Universitarios.
restauraciones indirectas.
Introduction: The postoperative sensitivity caused by the exposed dentin after dental preparation for indirect restoration is a problem that has constantly been tried to reduce in restorative dentistry and to achieve this, it is necessary to seal the exposed dentinal tubules, so the application of the technique Immediate Dental Sealing (SDI) is proposed. Objective: To identify the influence of immediate dentinal sealing on the decrease in postoperative sensitivity. Methodology: This work is a bibliographical review, of a documentary, qualitative and descriptive types, of deductive and analytical method; starting from the keywords “Immediate dental sealing, postoperative sensitivity, adhesive systems, indirect restoration”, 59 bibliographical sources were used between scientific articles and theses, which were obtained on the internet. through search engines such as Scielo, Pubmed, Medigraphic, Google Academico, Redalyc, and University Repositories. Conclusion: Based on the articles analyzed, applying the SDI technique decreases the postoperative sensitivity caused by dental exposure during treatment with indirect restorations
