Resumen
En el presente trabajo de titulación se implementó un módulo de práctica de códigos de
línea, cuyo propósito es el de ser una herramienta que permita reforzar el proceso de
enseñanza aprendizaje de los estudiantes que cursan el sexto semestre de la carrera
Telemática específicamente en la materia comunicación analógica y digital, para el
desarrollo del presente trabajo se aplicaron las metodologías cuantitativa, bibliográfica,
experimental y de campo, como herramienta para la recolección de datos importantes que le
proporcionen continuidad al presente trabajo se utilizó la pre y post encuesta, mediante la
pre encuesta se demostró que existe dificultad para diferenciar los tipos de códigos de líneas,
representar la señal asociada a una secuencia de bits, además se observó que la mayor parte
de estudiantes están de acuerdo con que se cuente con un módulo que permita afianzar los
conceptos teóricos, a partir de la post encuesta se observa que el grado de satisfacción por
parte de los estudiantes al usar el módulo de práctica es positivo, las características que más
les llamó la atención fueron que se muestre en pantalla: la gráfica codificada, el tren de bits
a enviar, la selección del tipo de codificación y también la rapidez con la que se transmiten
los datos, por otro lado se comprobó que el módulo es intuitivo lo que ayuda a que la práctica
se realice en menos de 30 minutos y que los resultados obtenidos son iguales a los resultados
teóricos, a partir de realizar un análisis de los resultados obtenidos en la post encuesta se
concluye que el módulo es una herramienta viable para mejorar el proceso de aprendizaje.
In this degree work a module of line codes practice was implemented, which purpose is to be a tool to reinforce the teaching-learning process of students in the sixth semester of the Telematics career specifically in the subject Analog and digital communication, for the development of this work the quantitative, bibliographic, experimental and field methodologies were applied; as a tool for collecting important data that provide continuity to this work, the pre and post survey were used, The pre-survey showed that there is difficulty in differentiating the types of line codes, represent the signal associated with a sequence of bits, it was also observed that most students agree with having a module that allows strengthening the theoretical concepts, from the post survey it is shown that the level of satisfaction of students to use the practice module is positive, the features that most caught their attention were to be shown on the screen: the encoded graph, the train of bits to send, the selection of the type of encoding and also the speed with which the data is transmitted, on the other hand it was found that the module is intuitive which helps the practice to be done in less than 30 minutes and that the results obtained are equal to the theoretical results, from performing an analysis of the results obtained in the post survey it is concluded that the module is a viable tool to improve the learning process.
