Resumen
Mediante esta investigación se pudo desarrollar la presente tesis en el distribuidor eléctrico
Demari S.A.S, con la finalidad de mejorar las condiciones de trabajo laborales en cada área
de la empresa, aplicando un método de evaluación de riesgos para cumplir con los requisitos
estipulados por las autoridades y disminuir los accidentes laborales, se utilizo la matriz de
triple criterio, el cual permite obtener resultados cualitativos, de la misma manera se
realizaron inspecciones de campo, y se propone un plan mínimo de seguridad y salud
ocupacional a través del método de ciclo Deming que nos permite planificar, hacer, actuar
y verificar la información tomada de la empresa. Este caso de estudio nos muestra de manera
teórica y práctica de reducir y mejorar el ambiente laboral.
Through this research, it was possible to develop this thesis in the electrical distributor Demari S.A.S, in order to improve working conditions in each area of the company, applying a risk assessment method to meet the requirements stipulated by the authorities and reduce occupational accidents, the triple criteria matrix was used, which allows qualitative results to be obtained, in the same way field inspections were carried out, and a minimum occupational health and safety plan is proposed through the Deming cycle method that we allows planning, doing, acting and verifying the information taken from the company. This case study shows us a theoretical and practical way to reduce and improve the work environment.
