Resumen
La presente investigación acerca de “Factores que afecten la distribución de leche por
parte de expendedores en la parroquia Ximena de la ciudad de Guayaquil” tiene como
objetivo principal analizar la calidad, presentación y precio de la leche que se expende
en la parroquia Ximena de la ciudad de Guayaquil, debido al crecimiento poblacional y
a la magnitud territorial que posee dicha parroquia se tuvo la necesidad de realizar esta
investigación tomando como referencia la distribución de un producto importante como
es la leche y cuáles son los factores que están afectando este proceso por parte de los
expendedores hacia los puntos de venta. En la parte metodológica se utilizó el enfoque
cuantitativo tomando como herramienta la encuesta, para tener datos certeros y reales de
la situación actual del proceso de distribución de este producto, por la razón del
crecimiento poblacional de la parroquia y su gran extensión de esta se optó por aplicar el
tipo de muestro no probabilístico, a su vez se subdivide en el muestro por conveniencia
que es el cual se escogió para la selección de los individuos a encuestar. Una vez
realizada la encuesta, se procedió a la presentación de los resultados con la finalidad de
encontrar características relevantes positivas o negativas, lo que permitió desarrollar un
informe final de mejoras a través de los resultados obtenidos mediante el triángulo de la
administración, el cual involucra la matriz DAFO y la herramienta de análisis CAME
para mejorar los factores internos y externos del análisis DAFO
The main objective of the present research on "Factors that affect the distribution of milk by dispensers in the Ximena parish of the city of Guayaquil" has as its main objective to analyze the price, presentation and quality of the milk that is released in the parish Ximena of the city of Guayaquil, due to the population growth and the territorial magnitude that the parish possesses was the need to carry out this research taking as a reference the distribution of a product important as is milk and what are the factors that are affecting this process by the dealers towards the points of sale. In the methodological part the quantitative approach was used taking as a tool the survey, to have accurate and real data of the current situation of the distribution process of this product, for the reason of the population growth of the parish and its large extent of this it was chosen to apply the type of non-probabilistic sample, in turn it is subdivided into the sample for convenience that is chosen for the selection of individuals ar. Once the survey was carried out, the results were presented in order to find positive or negative relevant characteristics, which allowed the development of a final improvement report through the results obtained through the administrative triangle, which involves the SWOT matrix and the CAME analysis tool to mitigate the internal and external factors of the SWOT analysis.
