Resumen
En este trabajo de investigación de equilibrio trabajo-familia de los docentes
universitarios (padres de familia) durante la emergencia sanitaria covid-19 en la ciudad
de Guayaquil, se pudo identificar que tanto afectó al docente universitario la modalidad
en línea.
Durante la emergencia sanitaria los docentes universitarios tuvieron un cambio repentino
en su enseñanza y sobre todo recibieron capacitaciones de modalidades informáticas para
la enseñanza de sus clases. Por lo tanto, no obstante decir que en los momentos que
impartían sus clases en sus respectivos hogares, tuvieron que mantener un equilibrio tanto
en el hogar como en sus actividades diarias que a primera instancia se puede deducir que
no es nada fácil, también es indispensable y muy importante el apoyo familiar en
involucrarse en sus actividades. Se realizó un grupo de preguntas para evaluar el
equilibrio trabajo familia a una muestra de docentes de universidades públicas y privadas
en la ciudad de Guayaquil, determinando que el teletrabajo pudiera considerarse como
una alternativa permanente.
