Resumen
El objetivo de este proyecto es presentar una herramienta para la
administración de tareas dentro de un ambiente laboral, permitiendo una
mejor comunicación entre líderes de grupo y colaboradores. Este tipo de
herramienta nos permite llevar un control adecuado dentro de las
organizaciones de desarrollo de sistemas sin afectar el presupuesto,
también intenta brindar opciones útiles que son realmente necesarias para
el usuario y no llenarlos de alternativas que generalmente no se usan. La
metodología a utilizar será la de proyecto factible y concreto ya que se
llegará a solucionar el problema encontrado y será culminado en el tiempo
indicado. Siendo un proyecto web para beneficio económico, ya que será
desarrollado en el lenguaje Php con un gestor de base de datos como lo es
MySQL, los cuales son herramientas denominadas como código libre
(Open Source), así se evitaría de esta manera adquirir software que
requiera la comprar de licencia por usuario. Existen herramientas en el
mercado que realizan la misma labor que es el de distribuir, administrar
las actividades y de organizar el tiempo en las organizaciones del área de
desarrollo de software en lo cual se busca simplificar las opciones que no
se utilizan habitualmente. Podemos concluir que este trabajo permitirá
cumplir con los objetivos planteados brindando, permitiendo hacer más
sencillo el uso de estos tipos de herramientas.
The objective of this project is to provide a tool for managing tasks within a work environment, allowing better communication between group leaders and collaborators. This type of tool allows us to take proper control within organizations systems development without affecting the budget also seeks to provide useful options that are actually necessary for the user and not fill them with alternatives that are generally not used. The methodology used will be concrete and feasible project and that will solve the problem encountered and will be completed in a timely fashion. Being a web project for the economic benefit because it will be developed in PHP language with a database manager such as MySQL, which are known as open source tools (Open Source) and thus would avoid purchasing software that required per user license purchased. There are tools on the market that perform the same work is to distribute, manage and organize activities over time in the organizations in the area of software development which aims to simplify the options that are not commonly used. We conclude that this work will meet the objectives proposed offering, allowing for easier use of these types of tools.
