Resumen
El presente proyecto de factibilidad busca aportar una mejor visión dirigida a inversores que deseen saber que tan rentable es la importación de paneles fotovoltaicos en el Ecuador. Como objetivo general se planteó el desarrollo de un proyecto de factibilidad para la importación de paneles fotovoltaicos para un sistema de energía renovable y sustentable. Para poder realizar este objetivo se usó como medio un enfoque cuantitativo de la investigación, con este enfoque se recolectó datos a través de encuestas las cuales fueron destinadas a potenciales inversores. Además, se usó un análisis documental y bibliográfico para poder obtener información de artículos científicos, libros, boletines y estadísticas, añadiendo los resultados del estudio de mercado. Con los datos obtenidos a través de las encuestas se logró conocer la preferencia y aceptación de los paneles fotovoltaicos de los potenciales inversores. El desarrollo de los capítulos posteriores aportó resultados positivos, siendo estos reflejados en el análisis financiero con el punto de equilibrio, flujo de caja y los respectivos valores resultantes del valor actual neto y la tasa interna de retorno.
This feasibility project seeks to provide a better vision aimed at investors who want to know how profitable is the import of photovoltaic panels in Ecuador. The general objective was to develop a feasibility project for the importation of photovoltaic panels for a renewable and sustainable energy system. In order to achieve this objective, a quantitative research approach was used as a means, with this approach data was collected through surveys which were intended for potential investors. In addition, a documentary and bibliographic analysis was used to obtain information from scientific articles, books, bulletins and statistics, adding the results of the market study. With the data obtained through the surveys, it was possible to know the preference and acceptance of the photovoltaic panels of the potential investors. The development of the subsequent chapters provided positive results, these being reflected in the financial analysis with the breakeven point, cash flow and the respective values resulting from the net present value and the internal rate of return.
